The Boulder brand was born and the rest is histor Avaocado Oil Classic Sea Salt. These wavy Canyon Cut chips are cooked in pure avocado oil for a uniquely subtle, buttery taste. Inspired by the carved canyons outside our hometown. Made from an original family recipe with premium, American grown potatoes, our chips are thickly sliced and kettle cooked in small batches – guaranteeing a satisfying crunch that can be heard throughout the canyon.
